SUPPLEMENTS
Grass-fed, pasture-raised collagen peptides. Non-detect for heavy metals by the Organic Consumers Association & Clean Label Project. Each serving has 9 grams of protein! I love adding these to my oats, along with protein powder, and mushroom powders (or sometimes in a smoothie). This product is pretty much tasteless, especially when mixed in with other things.
This is the protein powder I use daily. It tastes great, packs 20 grams of protein per serving and tests below prop 65 levels for naturally occurring heavy metals. My favorite is the peanut butter one. I recently tried the lemon cookie, and I have to say I love it too. I've also had chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, vanilla, and banana cinnamon, and all are delicious even just mixed with water. Truvani is sweetened with monk fruit, so it's great for those that can't have stevia.
There are 3 varieties of these that are seed oil free; peanut butter chocolate chip, peanut butter cup and coconut chocolate almond. These are my go to snack for busy days to get in an extra 14 grams of protein. They taste delicious, are organic, and have clean ingredients. These Aloha bars are sweetened with monk fruit and don't contain natural flavors.
Immune support from organic mushrooms that are grown without grains. Most mushrooms contain mycelium (grain), but these are just the fruiting body! Contains 5 different mushrooms with so many health benefits. My family, including my dogs, use this daily. Great for immune support. Easy to mix into smoothies, oats, soups, etc.
These Lion's Mane mushrooms provide just the fruiting body and no fillers or starches, and are certified organic. Great for cognitive, immune, digestive and mood support. My family, including my dogs use this product. Easy to mix into smoothies, oats, soups, etc.
This high quality, liposomal D3+K2 is 3rd party tested, manufactured in the USA to strict NSF and cGMP standards, and has absolutely no GMO's or China-sourced ingredients. My family and I use this brand! Have your bloodwork done to check vitamin D levels. A supplement can be helpful, especially in the winter months. Always consult with your physician! If you are on blood thinners K2 is not recommended.
This brand of B12 is 3rd party tested, made in the USA to NSF/cGMP standards, and doesn't contain ingredients from China. The pre-methylated delivery supports energy production, your mood, and your cognitive function. We use this in my household! Have bloodwork done to test your levels as B12 is very important for your health! Always consult your physician.
This magnesium is bisglycinate chelate form that helps support sleep, energy, memory, cognitive function, and more. I love it because there are no nasty fillers and you can control your dosage easily. It helps me to lessen the occurrence of migraines. Please have bloodwork done, and ask your physician about your personal needs.
These Pure Therapro Rx Power Probiotic Daily are some of the probiotics my family uses. High quality, no fillers, made in the USA, and no ingredients from China. Probiotics are essential for gut health, and can be helpful if you must take antibiotics. Please consult your physician before taking.
Herb Pharm Organic Black Elderberry Tincture is a high quality, immune supporting supplement that I keep in my medicine cabinet. I take it daily during the winter months especially. It helps to boost immunity and prevent illness, as well as shorten the span of colds and sinus infections. It is known to be a natural diuretic and laxative, may improve your heart health and prevent cancer. It contains flavonoids, anthocyanidins, quercetin, vitamin C. B, A, and more. This version is alcohol free and tastes great.
Designs for Health Oil of Oregano Softgels are a great staple for your medicine cabinet. This company rigorously tests their supplements, and I'm a fan of several of their products. Oregano oil is an antifungal and antibacterial. It is a strong, natural antibiotic! If I feel a cold, sore throat, or extreme fatigue coming on I will take these for just a few days to knock it out. If it's a situation where I would need an antibiotic, I use oregano oil. Not everyone is comfortable ingesting oil of oregano, for them I suggest the essential oil listed here on my favorites page, that can be applied topically.
Plant Therapy Organic Oregano Essential Oil is always in my medicine cabinet for emergencies. I have used this in combination with Plant Therapy Organic Lemon Essential Oil many times to keep from getting sick. Always use a carrier oil as oregano is very strong and can burn skin without one. I like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba. I will make a roller bottle with all 3 ingredients, or take 2-3 drops of each with a couple tablespoons of carrier oil and rub on my neck and throat area several times throughout the day/night. Add a hand towel that you've warmed under hot water and rung out as a compress and it works even faster! There are so many other wonderful uses for this amazing oil too from removing warts, treating athlete's foot, parasites and much more!
Double Wood Supplements Colloidal Silver is a great essential to have on hand! Great for healing cuts, scrapes, and more as it is antibacterial. It is safe for humans and pets when you use the proper dosing. It can treat so many conditions including ringworm, psoriasis, pink eye, ear infections and so much more.
Goodonya organic electrolyte powder is one of the cleanest and best tasting i've found. It has a light, refreshing lemon taste and mixes well in cool water. These are great to have on hand for tough workouts, working outdoors, or other activities where you sweat a lot. They can also be helpful when you are sick and dehydrated.
Bestvite Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate has been great for helping me to have less migraines. It's also effective for memory and stress. It is the only magnesium type that crosses the blood-brain barrier. Bestvite does not use stearates or other harmful fillers. Their supplements are NSF GMP certified, third party tested, and manufactured in the USA.
Plant Therapy Organic Frankincense Serrata Essential Oil is one I always have for multiple uses. It's a healing oil that research has proven to kill cancer cells, can be used as part of your anti-aging skincare regimen, and so many other amazing things this oil can do. Always use a carrier oil unless directed how to safely use without. I trust Plant Therapy's quality and organic certification.
Heritage Store Organic Castor Oil is the brand I use for all of my health and beauty needs! Everyone should have this castor oil on hand as it's so helpful for many things. I have seen cysts under the skin healed, knee and back pain healed, and so much more. It's excellent for anti-aging, spider veins, treating skin conditions, growing eyelashes and eyebrows too. This brand is organic, hexane free, cold-pressed and comes in a glass bottle. These things are so important when it comes to castor oil. Always make sure your skin is clean and free of anything else when applying, because castor oil contains ricinoleic acid that penetrates deep into the skins layers and can cary essential oils, etc. with it.
Biotics Research (NAC) N Acetyl L Cysteine is a supplement that has been shown to reduce ovarian cysts and so much more. I have been taking it for several years to help reduce and eliminate cysts caused by endometriosis. It is a precursor to glutathione, a powerful antioxidant. Biotics Research has very strict standards for their supplements and they are made in the USA.
NEW ROOTS | DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) has multiple uses. One of the most popular uses is for back and joint pain. It has also been successful in eliminating cysts and other lumps for both people and pets. This liquid is highly potent and designed for targeted use. Earthclinic.com and Healing with DMSO by Amandha D. Vollmer are great sources of information on using DMSO safely. Always consult a naturopath.
PERSONAL HYGIENE
Truvani Clean Toothpaste is one of the best performing clean toothpastes I've tried. It's free of fluoride, carrageenan, artificial flavors, sulfates, and other toxic junk. I like the natural mint flavor from essential oils. It's probably a slight bit runnier than your regular old toothpaste, but that hasn't been an issue when it comes to effectiveness. I feel good about my family and myself using this toothpaste.
Happy Tooth Whitening Strips are the best i've found when it comes to a strip that is dentist approved, safe for sensitive teeth, and doesn't include bleach, peroxide or other chemicals that can disrupt your oral microbiome. According to their website, they use micro hydroxyapatite which is safe as it can penetrate the teeth, but it's large enough that it's difficult for the body to absorb. They will leave a sticky paste-like film on teeth when you're done that is easily brushed away with water. I use these in the evening as you'll see the discoloration as with any whitening strips at first, and then notice my smile is brighter after each use!
CLEAN BEAUTY
I constantly struggle with dry scalp usually at the hairline near my part. This Derma E Scalp Relief Treatment has been amazing at keeping flakes away, relieving itchiness, and extending wash days. It doesn't make my scalp or hair oily either.
FITNESS EQUIPMENT
These Vergali Booty Bands are thick, high quality bands in a variety of strengths. These won't roll-up like the latex ones. Great for lower body workouts and perfect for when you are traveling.
I use these SPRI resistance bands with handles in-studio and they've already lasted 3 years through thousands of uses! They come in a variety of strengths for all of your workout needs. Great quality bands.
I've purchased multiple sets of these Black Mountain resistance bands for the studio and personal home use. They last for a long time, and I like that the handles are attached directly. No metal clips to attach the bands, so these are a much safer option. They come with the door anchor for at home/travel workouts! Black Mountain is a great company with wonderful customer service too!
Definitely invest in at least one of these Black Mountain Resistance Band Protective Sleeves! I use them in studio and they have extended the life of the bands that get thousands of uses per week. I also have one for home use. Great product!
Black Mountain Professional Grade Stability Balls are superior in quality and come in multiple sizes to fit your height, and lots of nice colors too! I use these in-studio for Pilates classes and personal training!
I have two of the Upper Bounce Brand Rebounders that i've used for over ten years now at the studio and at home. This brand has been excellent quality for the price! Some of the cheaper rebounders don't have enough bounce to benefit you. I highly recommend this brand for lymphatic drainage. They even offer the option with a safety bar, and it is foldable too.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Rebel Green is the brand of cleaners I use at home and in-studio. If you are ready to ditch the toxic, chemical filled cleaners, and even those green-washed brands, you'll love the natural scent of essential oils in this brand. I love the Peppermint & Lemon and the Lavender & Grapefruit scents. Safe to use around kids and pets.
Homi Chef Nickel Free Stainless Steel is the set of pots and pans I use in my kitchen. I chose this set after researching and finding that it is 18/0, meaning it doesn't contain nickel. Typical 18/10 stainless steel can leach while cooking, and nickel has been shown to cause allergies and reproductive harm. This cookware comes with a six year warranty. I have been using mine since December of 2019 and love it. You'll also find Homi Chef offers individual pieces if you can't afford to replace your whole set.
I love my Corelle Vitrelle Dinnerware. You don't have to worry about it leaching lead into your food and it's a perfect everyday dinnerware that matches any decor. It is chip resistant, and i've only had a couple of bowls that have chipped. I've had my set since 2018 and added some pieces along the way.
These Epicurean spatulas are made in the USA! They are made of silicone (not plastic). I love using this for eggs in my cast iron pan.
I love using my Instant Pot to create healthy, delicious meals in just a short amount of time! The stainless steel pot insures you aren't adding chemicals to your food while cooking.
Pyrex glass dishes, like this 12 piece set, are a must for cooking and food storage. Avoid BPA, Phthalates and microplastics by using glass instead! I also have this larger rectangular set that I use a lot!
The AquaTru Classic Countertop Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System is the highest quality in purification systems you can own. Water is something that we all consume daily and it makes up a large percentage of our bodies. It just makes sense to purchase a system that is NSF Certified to remove toxins, PFAS, microplastics and more. The countertop system needs no plumbing or installation. I own this one and the under the sink version.
The AquaTru Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System is certified to remove 84 contaminants including lead, chlorine, fluoride, PFAS, and microplastics. It is pretty simple to install (my husband installed ours), and easy to operate and change filters out. The water tastes pure and is now safe to drink. It comes with a chrome faucet so I just opted to replace it with a black one to match my kitchen. We've owned this system for almost 2 years now and love it.
The AquaTru 1 Year Combo Pack Replacement Filters have everything you need to keep your classic countertop or under sink system working properly the first year. We write the dates on each so we know when they need to be replaced again!
The Our Place Wonder Oven has 6 functions including air fry, bake, toast, roast, broil, and reheat with steam infusion. The large size I have is 32QT and can easily cook an entire meal. They also offer it in a smaller size oven. It is all stainless steel and glass inside, and free of PFAS and other harmful chemicals. It's simple to use, heats up fast, and cooks foods quicker than my regular oven. It comes in several different colors and has an appealing vintage look. I am really enjoying this little oven! Things to note: Turn the timer past the 5 minute mark to start the oven, and be careful not to pull the racks out too far. Also, the bake pan is ceramic coated aluminum (like their cookware) and could potentially leach toxins if scratched, so I'm replacing it. Be sure to add the extended warranty to your oven too!

These Ododos Purevibe Cargo Joggers are 94% cotton. They are super soft, breathable and lightweight. Perfect for any season! I am slowly trying to replace some of my polyester and other synthetic materials because of the effects the microplastics and chemicals they are processed with can have on your health. They can contribute to hormonal imbalances, allergies, cancer and more.
Looking to add more natural materials to your wardrobe? I'm loving these built-in bra tanks. They feature a shelf bra with removable pads. They are 95% cotton, 5% elastane. Perfect to wear alone or for layering. I'm wearing the coffee color here in size small. These tanks are true to size.
These MeUndies organic cotton v-neck bralettes and MeUndies organic cotton u-neck bralettes are so cute, soft and comfortable! They are great for lounging, sleeping and even everyday wear. They offer light support and I love knowing that the layer against my skin is organic cotton! I'd say they are pretty true to size, but you can size up for a looser fit. They come in so many adorable prints and solid colors too. Also available in multipacks!
Meundies organic cotton high waisted briefs are comfortable and flattering. Perfect under high waisted pants! Organic cotton is super soft and I feel good about this being against sensitive areas of the body. Available in sizes XS - 4X, and also available in multipacks.
MeUndies also makes organic cotton boxer briefs for men! Both my husband and son have several pairs of these. Organic underwear can actually make a huge difference in health, as studies have shown synthetic materials can affect hormones and more. They both say they are comfortable and don't ride up. These also come in solids and prints. These would make the perfect gift for your man, and you can even get some to match yours!
GARDENING & OUTDOORS
Have you ever considered the materials of your planters/beds could be leaching heavy metals, micro plastics or more into your organic fruits, vegetables and herbs? Greenes Fence Original Cedar beds and planters are untreated North American cedar made in the USA. I've had mine for over a year now and it has weathered well.
Smart Pot is a BPA free, inert fabric pot that can be reused. It is recommended by organic gardening sites, as it won't leach harmful chemicals into your vegetables, fruits, herbs or trees. They have different styles and sizes to choose from, and you can place them just about anywhere. You might choose to place them inside another decorative pot or just on the ground. I have two of the 5 gallon pots with handles right now.
HOLISTIC DOG
Dr. Judy Morgan's Dental Health Formula for Dogs & Cats oral drops have been great at helping to lessen plaque and tartar on my Yorkies teeth. Sometimes it can be a challenge to brush their teeth, but being able just to drop these on the upper gums has really helped when they don't want to cooperate. When I am able to brush them, I add a couple of drops of these to some organic unrefined extra virgin coconut oil to brush with! I love that this contains deer antler velvet.
