SUPPLEMENTS
Grass-fed, pasture-raised collagen peptides. Non-detect for heavy metals by the Organic Consumers Association & Clean Label Project. Each serving has 9 grams of protein! I love adding these to my oats, along with protein powder, and mushroom powders (or sometimes in a smoothie). This product is pretty much tasteless, especially when mixed in with other things.
This is the protein powder I use daily. It tastes great, packs 20 grams of protein per serving and tests below prop 65 levels for naturally occurring heavy metals. My favorite is the peanut butter one. I recently tried the lemon cookie, and I have to say I love it too. I've also had chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, vanilla, and banana cinnamon, and all are delicious even just mixed with water. Truvani is sweetened with monk fruit, so it's great for those that can't have stevia.
There are 3 varieties of these that are seed oil free; peanut butter chocolate chip, peanut butter cup and coconut chocolate almond. These are my go to snack for busy days to get in an extra 14 grams of protein. They taste delicious, are organic, and have clean ingredients. These Aloha bars are sweetened with monk fruit and don't contain natural flavors.
Immune support from organic mushrooms that are grown without grains. Most mushrooms contain mycelium (grain), but these are just the fruiting body! Contains 5 different mushrooms with so many health benefits. My family, including my dogs, use this daily. Great for immune support. Easy to mix into smoothies, oats, soups, etc.

This high quality, liposomal D3+K2 is 3rd party tested, manufactured in the USA to strict NSF and cGMP standards, and has absolutely no GMO's or China-sourced ingredients. My family and I use this brand! Have your bloodwork done to check vitamin D levels. A supplement can be helpful, especially in the winter months. Always consult with your physician! If you are on blood thinners K2 is not recommended.
This brand of B12 is 3rd party tested, made in the USA to NSF/cGMP standards, and doesn't contain ingredients from China. The pre-methylated delivery supports energy production, your mood, and your cognitive function. We use this in my household! Have bloodwork done to test your levels as B12 is very important for your health! Always consult your physician.
This magnesium is bisglycinate chelate form that helps support sleep, energy, memory, cognitive function, and more. I love it because there are no nasty fillers and you can control your dosage easily. It helps me to lessen the occurrence of migraines. These Pure Therapro Rx Power Probiotic Daily are some of the probiotics my family uses. High quality, no fillers, made in the USA, and no ingredients from China. Probiotics are essential for gut health, and can be helpful if you must take antibiotics. Please consult your physician before taking.

These Vergali Booty Bands are thick, high quality bands in a variety of strengths. These won't roll-up like the latex ones. Great for lower body workouts and perfect for when you are traveling.
I use these SPRI resistance bands with handles in-studio and they've already lasted 3 years through thousands of uses! They come in a variety of strengths for all of your workout needs. Great quality bands.
I've purchased multiple sets of these Black Mountain resistance bands for the studio and personal home use. They last for a long time, and I like that the handles are attached directly. No metal clips to attach the bands, so these are a much safer option. They come with the door anchor for at home/travel workouts! Black Mountain is a great company with wonderful customer service too!
Definitely invest in at least one of these Black Mountain Resistance Band Protective Sleeves! I use them in studio and they have extended the life of the bands that get thousands of uses per week. I also have one for home use. Great product!
Black Mountain Professional Grade Stability Balls are superior in quality and come in multiple sizes to fit your height, and lots of nice colors too! I use these in-studio for Pilates classes and personal training!
I have two of the Upper Bounce Brand Rebounders that i've used for over ten years now at the studio and at home. This brand has been excellent quality for the price! Some of the cheaper rebounders don't have enough bounce to benefit you. I highly recommend this brand for lymphatic drainage. They even offer the option with a safety bar, and it is foldable too.
Household Items
Rebel Green is the brand of cleaners I use at home and in-studio. If you are ready to ditch the toxic, chemical filled cleaners, and even those green-washed brands, you'll love the natural scent of essential oils in this brand. I love the Peppermint & Lemon and the Lavender & Grapefruit scents. Safe to use around kids and pets.
Homi Chef Nickel Free Stainless Steel is the set of pots and pans I use in my kitchen. I chose this set after researching and finding that it is 18/0, meaning it doesn't contain nickel. Typical 18/10 stainless steel can leach while cooking, and nickel has been shown to cause allergies and reproductive harm. This cookware comes with a six year warranty. I have been using mine since December of 2019 and love it. You'll also find Homi Chef offers individual pieces if you can't afford to replace your whole set.
I love my Corelle Vitrelle Dinnerware. You don't have to worry about it leaching lead into your food and it's a perfect everyday dinnerware that matches any decor. It is chip resistant, and i've only had a couple of bowls that have chipped. I've had my set since 2018 and added some pieces along the way.
These Epicurean spatulas are made in the USA! They are made of silicone (not plastic). I love using this for eggs in my cast iron pan.
I love using my Instant Pot to create healthy, delicious meals in just a short amount of time! The stainless steel pot insures you aren't adding chemicals to your food while cooking.
Pyrex glass dishes, like this 12 piece set, are a must for cooking and food storage. Avoid BPA, Phthalates and microplastics by using glass instead! I also have this larger rectangular set that I use a lot!
