Do you share our photos?
I never share photos without your consent. That will be completely up to you if you choose to share. Of course if you’re the winner I would love to share them, even if we have to blur your face and not tag you, just so everyone can see your amazing results!
What can I eat?
You have the freedom and flexibility to choose foods that you enjoy, of course with the majority being healthy foods that provide the body with the macro and micronutrients needed to thrive. Can you have ice cream or a cookie on occasion? Sure, if you're following macros, you'll learn how you can include treats and still stay on track. You'll even learn how you can eat out and stay on track.
Can I do the challenge if I follow a Keto, Vegan or other diet?
Yes, of course! You will not be given a strict meal plan telling you that you can only eat certain foods. You will be given macros that you can choose to follow, or you can use the portion control method that will be detailed. I want this to be a change that becomes part of your daily lifestyle and is maintainable for you. (*I do not recommend Keto longterm for most clients.)
What if I'm breastfeeding? Can I do the challenge?
Yes, as long as you have been cleared by your physician! If you choose to follow macros I will calculate them to include breastfeeding calories. I would never want to put you in a caloric deficit to harm your milk supply. I have experience working with breastfeeding moms, and helping them to successfully shed unwanted pounds, all while keeping their nutrition where it needs to be for milk supply.
What if I have limitations such as joint problems, sciatica, etc.? Will I be able to do the workouts?
Yes, all challenge workouts can be modified for those with limitations. I never want you to do anything to cause further harm or damage to your body. I have worked through numerous physical limitations and issues over the years myself and with clients. I have a lot of experience in this area, and can help you adjust the workouts as needed. Please be sure to inform me on the health history forms you will fill out and also ask about modifications once you receive your workouts.
