This package is valid for the calendar month in which it is purchased. It includes all of the yellow highlighted classes on the schedule. All classes are about 45 minutes in length.

A strength training class that incorporates 8 different exercises, for 8 cycles in a 20/10 format. Tabata has been studied extensively and is proven to burn fat! You will use a combination of free weights, kettlebells, bands, balls and even your own body!


An intense class that can incorporate heavier lifting, step benches, resistance bands and more to challenge your Abs & Glutes to exhaustion. Make this class part of your fitness routine and you'll soon see changes in your body when combined with proper nutrition.


Each class is designed to challenge you at all levels from beginner to advanced. I combine a unique style that incorporates Pilates basics with bands, stability balls and more. You will develop core and glute strength, as well as increase flexibility and balance.


If you enjoy lifting weights this class is for you! With Strength Circuit we focus on increasing weight each set to build a foundation. You'll get a full body workout in 45 minutes! 

This heart-pumping cardio class will have you kicking and punching your way to a leaner physique. You'll be wiping the sweat from your brow, but loving every moment! Set to tabata music, you'll incorporate the 20/10 format like a typical tabata class. 
It's time to get your sweat on! You'll work every muscle in your body and have your heart pumping with this fast-paced workout. Each round you "accumulate" another new exercise. There's nothing like the feeling of accomplishment after a tough workout, and you're sure to leave feeling just that way! 

Yoga Toning & Yoga Flow

*not offered as part of the unlimited package

On Saturdays at 10 am Clara will be teaching Yoga Toning. This Yoga class incorporates light weight for an added toning benefit! It is suitable for all bodies and levels. 


On Sundays Clara will be teaching Yoga Flow at 3 pm. A flowing sequence of yoga poses suitable for all levels. It helps increase flexibility, lower stress levels, and is good for all over body toning. 


Three package options are available on the website:

Yoga Toning - Saturdays @ 10 am, November 14th - December 19th - $50

Yoga Flow - Sundays @ 3 pm, November 15th - December 20th  - $50

Yoga Toning & Yoga Flow - (all 12 classes November 14th - December 20th) - $75


*Spaces are limited for these classes due to current gym safety guidelines, and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. No refunds will be issued. Payment must be made through the Gunz & Bunz website to reserve your spot. Please save your payment confirmation email or screenshot your receipt to show to the instructor at your first class. Drop-in slots will only be available if all spaces are not filled. The drop-in fee will be $10 per class and must be prepaid via the Gunz & Bunz website. Thank you for your understanding. 

Yoga Toning & Yoga Flow (all classes)

Clara is a certified Yoga and Barre instructor. She will be teaching two different formats at Gunz & Bunz. These classes are being offered in a six week package.
