PILATES GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
This package is valid for the calendar month in which it is purchased. It includes all of the yellow highlighted classes on the schedule. All classes are about 45 minutes in length. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 am.
Reach your goals with Pilates classes that focus on core strength, balance, flexibility, glute shaping and more! Each class is different to keep you challenged. From beginner to advanced, you'll benefit from Laurie's style of incorporating Pilates basics with innovative new exercises too! Who needs a reformer when you've got bands, stability and toning balls!

SMALL GROUPS
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Join Clara for 45 minutes of cardio kickboxing followed by a Yoga cool down on Mondays at 5:30 pm. This class is a fun, exhilarating workout designed to give you all the benefits of cardio, plus the important stretching benefits Yoga provides. All fitness levels are welcome.
*Please feel free to bring your own mat if you'd like to. Be sure to notify Clara of any limitations/injuries you may have so that she can provide modifications as needed.
FLOW YOGA
A fun, easy to follow yoga class for all fitness levels! No prior experience required. You will gain flexibility, improve balance and more.

Clara is a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Barre instructor.

DANCZ FIT
Gunz & Bunz own version of Zumba, you'll experience a dance party every time you join Julie for this heart-pumping cardio class! Easy to follow along, bring your inner diva and dance the stress of the everyday away!
