Small Group Personal Training
A budget friendly option for those who prefer a more personalized approach to fitness. Strength training focused small groups allow you to receive more personal attention than typical group fitness classes. Please refer to the calendar for current small group offerings. Drop-in for $16 per session, or receive a discounted rate when purchasing a month of sessions. Spaces are limited.
Tabata format is often used for small groups to maximize time! A strength training class that incorporates 8 different exercises, for 8 cycles in a 20/10 format. Tabata has been studied extensively and is proven to burn fat! You will use a combination of free weights, kettlebells, bands, balls and even your own body!
Assessments and Reassessments $50
