Individual Training Session
This one-on-one, 45 minute training session is programmed especially for you and your goals. An initial assessment is required before beginning individual sessions.

Assessments and Reassessments
These are the initial and reevaluation sessions to track starting points and progress.

Private Yoga or Barre Training
If you're interested in trying Yoga or Barre in a private setting, one-on-one training with Clara is the perfect option for you. Programmed with exercises that can benefit your body specifically. Small Group Strength Training
A budget friendly option for those who prefer a more personalized approach to fitness. Strength training focused small groups allow you to receive more personal attention than typical group fitness classes. Spaces are limited.
Tabata or Circuit formats are often used to maximize time! Tabata has been studied extensively and is proven to burn fat! You will use a combination of free weights, kettlebells, bands, balls and even your own body!
*Please note the policy for any missed small group class is as follows: If you miss a small group due to illness or family emergency, it can be made up by attending another small group strength class or Pilates class during that same month only. No other exceptions, and small group payments are non-refundable and expire after that specific month. These guidelines allow me to continue to offer these small group classes at discounted rates. Thank you for understanding.
